Testing and validation run through our entire configuration and development process. This ensures that issues are picked up and corrected early, thereby saving time and money, and also building your user confidence in the end product.

TCoE Support & Training Services

Business-as-Usual (BAU) support is delivered by our TCoE so that your production system continues to adapt to your business needs. Our standard Service-Level Agreements are developed to enable you to experience hitch-free operations of your Temenos systems. Where Temenos attention is required for core related issues, we interact with Temenos helpdesk on your behalf. For interested customers, our BAU support also takes over the execution of Close-of-Business.

Our TCoE has assisted customers to build internal capacity through a structured Boot-Camp training of Temenos applications for internal teams of the bank. Banks use our Boot-Camp training as part of the on-boarding process for new and existing employees. The Boot-Camp training is hands-on, and the sessions are usually a combination of virtual and in-person classes. The course content can be customized to address specific skill gaps.
