Sofia, 15 June 2020: Sèvis Finansye Fonkoze, S.A. (SFF), a leading microfinance institution in Haiti, has chosen SG NewTech, a global IT company and Temenos partner, for its upcoming IT modernization program. The scope of the program covers implementation of Temenos IBS R19 to replace existing R12, implementation of Digiwave field application to digitize SFF’s field operations, integration of Digiwave Biometric solution, and installation of selected modules of Priority ERP.
The program will help the institution achieve greater operational efficiency and improve services to customers in rural communities. It will also enable SFF to leverage modern technology solutions to further entrench its position as the leading financial service provider to the underserved in Haiti.
