About the Book:This exciting new book addresses the newly released Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, (T.E.K.S.) for elementary PE. They have been analyzed and organized by sport. The lessons are formatted for kindergarten & first grade, and then different lessons for 2nd & 3rd, as well as lessons for 4th & 5th grade. This way the lessons are designed with three set ups in mind. Under each lesson plan there are detailed teacher's notes to assist teachers in teaching that lesson. All of the games listed in the lessons can be found in the Glossary of Games with details about the rules, and equipment needed. Now in the 2nd edition you receive Health lessons organized in the same format with short YouTube clip links that help the teacher discuss that topic.
